Artisan Ganesh Kumar Yadav told that to prepare Raj Kachori, 4-5 small papdis are crushed and put in a big papdi. After this, it is stuffed with a urad bhalla, sprouted gram, moong, boiled sliced potatoes, chaat masala, black salt, cumin, coriander, green chutney, sweet chutney, curd, sev, boondi, carrot, beet, paneer, pomegranate seeds. While working in Delhi, he learned to make Raj Kachori in a restaurant of a big company. If someone wants to take it home as a parcel, then wet and dry items are given to them separately packed. Which later people can enjoy delicious Raj Kachori by mixing together at home.
